Their opponents had already scored twice before Piatti scored at the stoppage time, but Giovinco scored right after that for the final 3-1. That loss came to put an end to Montreal’s 4 match winning streak prior to that. They are now sitting at the 7th spot of the Eastern Conference with 36 points after 25 matches. They have been ragther strong at home so far (8-4-1), where they have lost just two of their last 11 matches in all competitions (8-2-1). They will be missing Francis, Dzemaili, Ciman, Piette, Choiniere and Jackson-Hamel who will be on international duty.
