Liverpool (7-0-2) did not have an easy job against Huddersfield in their league match last week, as they had a lot of injury concerns. On the other hand, Cardiff (1-6-2) did a great job in their last match, as they defeated the other newcomers in the Premier League, Fulham, by a strong 2-4 at home. They didn’t have a lot of luck at the start of that match, as their opponents took an early lead. But Cardiff scored two quick goals in response and was leading by 1-2 by the 20th minute. They went on to score two more goals in the second half in order to record their first win of the season. It was a great performance by the newcomers, who pulled themselves out of the relegation zone with that win. They are now sitting at the 17th spot of the Premier League with 5 points, just as many as Fulham who is below the line. Cardiff has not had much luck on the road so far (0-3-1), where they have scored just a single goal while conceding 7 in the process.
