Belgium was one of the few top-tier teams to have avoided the upset in their opening match. Teams like Brazil, Argentina, Germany and so on have suffered quite the upsets, but Belgium did an excellent job against Panama. They will now get ready for another easy match when they play host to Tunisia on Saturday. Tunisia was really competitive against England but couldn’t avoid the loss. They are now going to fight equally hard against Belgium, but they will probably try to avoid the final spot against Panama in the final match.

Belgium might have struggled a bit to get it going against Panama, but they were excellent when they warmed up. They were unable to take the lead in the first half, but they did so at the 47th minute with Mertens. That lead paved the way for forward Romelu Lukaku who went on to score two goals (69th and 75th minute) for the final 0-3. Belgium made a great start in the competition and will look to keep the momentum against Tunisia before taking on England in the final match.
On the other hand, Tunisia fought really hard against England in the first match of the group but was unable to avoid the 1-2 loss. Their opponents took an early lead at the 12th minute with Harry Kane, but Tunisia didn’t stop fighting. They managed to pull even at the 35th minute when Sassi scored from the penalty spot. They were holding out for a draw until the end of the match, but Harry Kane scored again at the stoppage time to give England a 2-1 win. I expect Tunisia to struggle much harder against Belgium’s much greater team.
