Seattle is licking their wounds after losing to Washington at home 17-14 as an eight-point favorite on a late score. The victory boosted their SU record to an even 4-4 on the year, but it was just the second time this season Arizona covered ATS. The total stayed UNDER the 38.5-point closing line and it has stayed UNDER in six of its last seven games.
With Carson Palmer done for the season due to a broken arm, Drew Stanton got the start on Sunday. He completed half of his 30 passing attempts for 201 yards and two scores against one interception. The Cardinals did most of their damage on the ground behind Adrian Peterson. He ran for 159 yards on 37 carries for an average of 3.9 yards an attempt. The defense stepped up its game on Sunday, but this unit is still 27th in the league in points allowed (25.1).
