Cam Newton has shaken off a slow start coming off a shoulder injury to throw for six touchdowns against one interception in his last two games after tossing just two touchdowns and four interceptions in his first three starts this year. The Panthers are averaging 21 points per game and their offense is ranked 18th in the NFL in total yards. On the other side of the ball, their defense is fifth in the league against the pass and ranked third in total yards allowed.
