The Patriots come into this game off a 33-7 beat down of the Redskin extending their unbeaten streak to five games. After the Chiefs surprising home loss to the Colts, the Pats are of one of only two clubs that have yet to taste defeat with the 4-0 49ers being the other.
The Giants lost their first game since Daniel Jones took over the starting QB duties falling 28-10 to Vikings in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score indicates. With the loss the G-Men are now 2-3 on the season.

Giants Injury Issues
NYG is banged up big time on the offensive side of the ball. All-world running back Saquon Barkley remains out and his back-up Wayne Gallman was injured last game and will also miss. In comes rookie Jonathan Hillman who didn’t look good after taking over for Gallman last week picking up 20 yards on nine carries. The Giants are also short pass catchers with starters and top two statistically WR Sterling Shepard and TE Evan Engram out.

Patriots Offensive Woes
New England put 33 points on the board last week, but they didn’t look dominate doing it. The offensive line gave up four sacks and QB Tom Brady was under pressure all game and this from a defense that had just five sacks in their first four games. In their previous game against Buffalo the Patriots’ offense scored a total of nine offensive points on 224 total yards!
Defensive Struggles
The Giants defensive numbers are far from impressive allowing an average of 25 points per game on 409 yards of offense. In reality it’s worse than that with the three points scored by the Redskins skewing the numbers. So, taking them out of the equation leaves us with an average of 29.5 points per game.
