The New England Patriots (6-1) will square off with the Buffalo Bills (4-3) in a pivotal AFC East clash at New Era Field at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, New York on Sunday, October 30th with a scheduled kick-off of 1:00 PM. The game will be broadcasted on CBS in selected markets. In the last meeting between the two earlier this season, the Bills shutout the Pats 16-0 in Foxborough, a feat that has not been achieved in decades by any NFL franchise.
The Patriots come in on a three-game winning streak and most recently defeated the very talented Pittsburgh Steelers 27-16 on the road. This result can most certainly generate a bit of an overreaction and the Bills’ impressive win at New England is all but a distant memory at this point even when Buffalo continues to win.
At one point this season the Buffalo Bills were sitting at 0-2 with many fans and analysts calling for the head of Coach Rex Ryan. Since then, the Bills have won four of their last five and now sit in the middle of the post-season race. The Bills most recently ended a four game winning streak when they were defeated in Miami by a score of 28-25.
