They have outscored their opponents by a combined score of 102-36 in a road win against Oakland followed by victories at home against Arizona and the neighboring Los Angeles Chargers. The total went OVER 49 points in Sunday’s 35-23 victory against the Chargers as seven-point favorites after staying UNDER in their first two games.
Behind Jared Goff throwing the ball and Todd Gurley running it, the Rams have operated like a well-oiled machine on offense. Goff has completed 71 of his 101 passing attempts for 941 yards and six touchdowns in his first three games. Gurley has run the ball 62 times for 255 yards and four scores. Brandin Cooks has made an early impact in the passing game with 19 receptions for a team-high 336 receiving yards. Defensively, Los Angeles is ranked first in the league in average points allowed (12.0).
