The Ravens slipped further off the pace in the AFC North title race with Sunday’s 24-16 loss to Minnesota as 5.5-point road favorites. They are now 3-4 on the year both SU and ATS with losses both ways in four of their last five games. The total has gone OVER in four of those five contests. Baltimore returns home with a 1-2 record ATS this season when closing as a favorite.
Joe Flacco put the ball up 39 times against the Vikings and he completed 27 passes for 186 yards and one touchdown. He did not throw a pick in that game, but he was sacked five times to lower the team’s net passing yards to 144. The Ravens only added another 64 yards rushing on 20 carries. On the year, this offense is ranked last in the league in passing yards and it is 31st in total yards. Baltimore’s defense is last in the NFL at stopping the run and it is 18th in total yards allowed.
