The AFC East will take on the NFC South in a meeting between the Buffalo Bills and the Carolina Panthers. The game will go down at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina on Sunday, September 17th, 2017 at 1:00 PM ET. The contest will be showcased on FOX for regional audiences. The two teams have not met since 2013 where the Bills defeated the Panthers in Buffalo.
Both teams come in off wins in their Week One matches. For Buffalo, it was an ugly nine-point win at home against AFC East rival the New York Jets. The Bills would win by virtue of New York miscues more than by their own volition. The Jets offense is a black hole and Buffalo still could not win the clash by a convincing margin. Carolina comes in off a quick and dominant win at the San Francisco 49ers. Cam Newton would appear to be back on top of his game as he torched the Niners in a 23-3 pummeling. Carolina’s defense seemed to be back in peak form against the maligned NFC West football team.
