The Texas-El Paso Miners and Texas-San Antonio Road Runners will renew an old rivalry in the first round of the Conference-USA Championship Basketball Tournament. The game pits the No. 5 seed Texas-San Antonio against the No.12 seed Texas-El Paso. The fixture will take place on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 with a scheduled tip-off time of 7:30 PM ET. CBS Sports Network will cover the game.
As mentioned, these two old foes are quite familiar with each other. However, UTSA has had its way in this cross-state bedlam as of late as they have won three of their last four fixtures against the Miners. The previous two contests nonetheless were settled by four points in each of the collisions. Most recently, UTSA defeated UTEP 63-59 on the Miners’ court on February 10th. In doing so, UTSA covered a minute two-point line as the chalk.

Public Money
From the get-go, we have seen a lean by the consensus on what appears to be the Miners. As a result, we have seen the line move by half of a point downward. However, 100% of both the cash action and the ticket action are coming in on Texas-San Antonio. In Over/Under markets, the figure has remained idle to reflect a lack of wagering action on either choice in this market.
