The Northern Illinois Huskies will hit the road and travel to Buffalo, New York to take on the Buffalo Bulls in a Mid-American Conference bout. The tip is set for Tuesday, January 16th , 2018 at 7:00 PM ET and scheduled to be aired on ESPN3. Buffalo has dominated this conference series as of late. In a sampling of the last ten meetings between both parties, UB has won all of them dating back to 2009. The two teams last met in February of 2017 in Buffalo where the Bulls would plow the Huskies by a score of 65-45.
The Bulls come in searing hot on a five-game winning streak. Buffalo was last on the hardwood three days ago when they went to work on Miami-Ohio. The Bulls would generate a push as a 16-point home choice in an 82-66 defeat of the Redhawks. Northern Illinois enters on the same amount of rest and a win its own right. As a 1.5-point home dog, the Huskies would orchestrate an upset of Eastern Michigan by a score of 72-66.
