Championship Week in men’s college basketball will help set the stage for the 68-team field for the 2019 NCAA Tournament and the march to a national title. The following is a look at BetOnline’s betting odds to win each of the five major conference tournaments on this week’s board.

ACC- March 12-16 at Spectrum Center, Charlotte

The ACC Tournament appears to be a three-team race according to the posted odds to win. The Virginia Cavaliers are at the top of the list as +125 favorites following a 16-2 run to the regular season title. The North Carolina Tar Heels also went 16-2 in ACC play, but one of those losses was against Virginia as a tiebreak. After sweeping Duke in the regular season, the Tar Heels could be a dangerous No. 2 seed at +350 betting odds. The wild card in this tournament is the Blue Devils as +150 second favorites. Their best player, Zion Williamson has been out of the lineup with a knee injury, but he could return to action this week.

Big 12- March 13-16, Sprint Center, Kansas City

The Texas Tech Red Raiders tied the Kansas State Wildcats for first place in the Big 12 at 14-4, and they are favored to win this week’s tournament at +140 betting odds. The two split the season series with the home team winning each game. The Wildcats’ odds to win have been set at +350. This was the first time that the Kansas Jayhawks (12-6) failed to win the Big 12 regular season title in quite a few years. Their odds to win the tournament are third-best on the board at +400. Iowa State was just 9-9 in the Big 12, but the Cyclones are +600 fourth-favorites on the board.

Big Ten- March 13-17, United Center, Chicago

Michigan State ended its season on a high note with a sweep of rival Michigan. A 1-1 split against Purdue gave these two teams a piece of the Big Ten regular-season title at 16-4. The Wolverines were one game off the pace at 15-5. Also in the mix were the Wisconsin Badgers at 14-6. All four of these teams occupy that top four spots on the list to win the Big Ten Tournament. Michigan State is the favorite at +140 followed by Michigan at +225 odds. The Boilermakers are third at +300, and the Badgers are set at +600 fourth-favorites.

SEC- March 13-17, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville

The surprising LSU Tigers clawed their way to top of the SEC standings this season at 16-2. Key victories over the Kentucky Wildcats and the Tennessee Volunteers helped pave the way. Off-field issues could derail LSU’s continued success as a +450 fourth-favorite to win the SEC Tournament. Both the Wildcats and the Volunteers are at the top of that list as +200 co-favorites followed by the Auburn Tigers at +400. Kentucky and Tennessee split their two-game regular season series with the home team winning each game.

Pac-12- March 13-17, T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas

The Pac-12 has been the forgotten important conference this season with zero representation in the current national rankings. The Washington Huskies made a brief appearance in the Top 25, but that stay did not last with a severe loss to California at the end of February. The Huskies were 15-3 in conference play and their betting odds to add a tournament title to the Pac-12 regular season title are set at +225. Second, on the betting board are the Arizona State Sun Devils at +350 odds followed by the Oregon Ducks as +400 third-favorites. Arizona State was second in the final standings at 12-6 with the Ducks further down the list at 10-8.
