Milwaukee Future is Now
The Bucks dropped 148 points on the Wizards in their last game, as Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 43 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Everyone knew it was going to be a high-scoring game when the Bucks scored 50 points in the first quarter alone. The “Greek Freak” is hungry for the MVP award averaging a team-high 27 ppg, 5.9 apg, and 12.4 rpg. Giannis has helped lead this Bucks team to a 40-13 record, as well as 9-1 over their previous 10 games. The win against Wizards stretched the Bucks winning streak to five games, and we could see another high-scoring game Friday night. The matchup everybody wants to see is Giannis against Luka, but Doncic is currently listed as questionable against the Bucks with a right thigh contusion. Doncic is coming off his third triple-double of the season, as he becomes the youngest player in history to post that many in a single season. The rookie’s status is something to keep an eye on in the lead-up to Friday’s game. Milwaukee has gone 17-9 on the road this season and Dallas holds a 19-7 record when playing at home.
